THE MYSTICAL IMPLICATION OF AN AI-DRIVEN REALITY

The mystical implications of an AI-driven reality are a major concern for Christians and the world in general. Can we entrust AI to control essential domains of our human sphere?

AI has evolved to challenge the conventional perspectives of the Christian belief concerning consciousness, awareness, decision making and cognitive human capabilities, which were once said to be particularly unique to the mystical human race.

With the rapid advancement of AI technology, the average human is being tailored to understand life in a different dimension apart from the divine essence of God. And AI is now able to replicate the master crafts of human beings and to do certain tasks better.

AI can simulate almost all of the human capacities, and in return defy the believed ground theories that define reality. Some of which informs man about his innermost being called the soul. With this, AI has raised more concerns about the concept of truth, and about our possible origin.

As it stands, there are multi-reality concepts across the world, apart from the spiritual experience. This is partly because AI has managed to simulate another tangible state, called virtual reality, which mirrors the spiritual reality and the physical reality and is also capable of taking real-time control. How dangerous can this be?

According to a famous philosophy titled, Allegory of the Cave, by Plato, Reality is defined as a shadow or imitation of a higher eternal realm. Reality is a broad, multifaceted and dynamic concept that defines our sensory perception of what is existing and real.

Science suggests that reality is governed by laws of physics such as quantum mechanics and general relativity. While, spiritual explanations show the involvement of a greater, unseen, supreme being in place, behind the occurrence of what we experience.

Then what makes AI a reality? In the real sense, AI is not a true reality, because it doesn’t exist independently, but it is facilitated by a mathematical simulation of various predicted responses due to a calculated and analyzed structure gathering sufficient data from the original reality.

Anything outside the possible behaviour and responses of matter is considered scientific fiction and these matters’ behaviours are been successfully mirrored in the AI algorithm, which is suggestive of the fact that AI is ordinarily a behaviour simulator, whose result can be finite under a mathematical permutation.

The common threats that AI-driven reality is believed to facilitate are irresponsibility and massive laziness by the human counterparts, who will neglect their responsibilities, and be fed by the machines. While this is true, it remains ethically and culturally wrong to incorporate AI into a majority of our daily activities, such as research and assignments.

An AI-driven reality creates a platform of monopolies where each developer is in control, and every other human is a consumer who has no choice but to stick to the system. This is similar to the prophecy of the Antichrist who shall have every living thing come under their own government in order to survive.

AI-driven reality can be manipulated by the frontiers into what is lethal to the world. Therefore, to depend on some artificial instinct by the most intelligent beings is a ridicule of human intelligence.

As a result, there isn’t so much clear distinction between what is natural and what is simulated anymore, as many people interact continuously and rely on AI. These are making humans equally slavish to the kind of interactions that they generate from AI technology.

In Christian society, AI would be appreciated and embraced insofar as the extremity of overdependency on AI is kept at bay. With respect to the keeping of our peculiarity, and not replicating ourselves into machines, more needs to be done to keep the world safe in the era of AI advancement.
